Rinne definitely enjoys Minato's company and is glad he's still hanging around here, even if he's still a little unsure about the company he's keeping (still hasn't gotten a better impression of Hyoubu, and Kaz has been violent on one occasion and drunk on another!!). But that's no reflection on him, naturally.

He can also feel that Minato's reliable enough to back him in a pinch, and knowing that he's died at least once while he's been around, he wants to be able to back him up as well. Of course, he still doesn't know much about the whole being dead ALREADY thing, but that'll just raise further questions about what he had been doing back in his world.
