He finds him to be a pretty cool person! He is a little curious and wants to know a little more about her because a lot of what he does hear? Is based on what other people have said about her! And the more he hears, the more he's curious about her! On top of that, she also gives off an odd sister vibe that makes Takeru really want to cling onto somehow?
Much like Rei, Vietnam reminds her of a certain sisterly someone whom he misses lot back home! Not to mention that she does give off this odd traditional feeling too. One day though, he really hopes that he can talk to her some more because he really wants to try out that Pho place she's got. That looks awesome.
