Mary on Edgeworth: Edgeworth is someone who simultaneously makes Mary feel both safe and nervous. Because he always ends up looking out for her and protecting her, but he also seems so stern and formal, so she tries to be very careful with how she acts around him, so she doesn't slip up and make him mad or disappointed. Adults just tend to make her nervous more easily, so it's no reflection on him! But he's been nothing but nice to her so kjfk get over it, Mary.
