Rei finds Iris interesting, in a sort of odd "this girl is really, really sheltered" sort of way. She reminds her a little of her younger self before Usagi. And she's impressed with her willpower, kindness, and depth of personality. Iris's willingness to help people surprised her in a very positive way, and she's glad to know Iris.

Ema on the other hand adores Iris. She's so cool, and she pays attention to her, and she listens too! She doesn't seem to judge her despite the fact that so many adults do. She feels pretty lucky to have someone like Iris around, and she definitely wants to make sure that she gets the chance to spend time with Feeny.

Also, she kind of wants to punch Dahlia in the face. Because who does that to their sister?!
