Wow Kevin is really busy making all these friend. It is so good that he has an active and healthy social life. This is William's first thought usually when he meets someone who turns out to know Kevin.

But well, William likes him alright so far, because he seems to be a very calm and polite individual. Also a very quiet one, which speaks in his favor, though William also finds that sort of thing hard to deal with sometimes. Much harder to respond to for him.

But it's definitely not a negative impression so far.
