Okay, so! Hiro thinks Ryuko is grumpy and hilarious! So in that sense, he doesn't feel too bad whenever he trolls her a little bit. He really likes messing with people and grumpy folks especially. Not that he really means anything about it, but he just finds them funny. However he doesn't want to take it too far and seriously anger her. Since she seems to be one of those types who is a bit high strung and huffy about something, Hiro wants to do his best to continuously be the stupid guy to help her loosen up. Seeing what kind of messed up things happened in Cerealia, Hiro feels more sure than ever that he has to keep playing the fool for people to stay positive.
But now, she has the Ai Button to use which makes him get weird and awkward for reasons that he doesn't know why. HE WANTS TO HANG OUT WITH HER TOO, RYUKO... But someday, he should just go out with them both (and Nonon) for everyone to be satisfied!
