The two definitely got off to a precious start, with the flower crowns. Even now, Iris isn't 100% aware of the fact that they had been influenced in any way, and saw the whole thing as a peaceful, sweet interaction between former strangers. She thought Iris was clever to know about the meaning of flowers and felt sad for her that she was missing her older sister (who, no matter what, was almost certainly a better sister than Dahlia had ever been)

She knows better than to judge a person's capabilities based on age alone, but after their most recent encounter with the spirits, Iris is a little concerned for Alice. She was so easily manipulated, and nearly got hurt because of it. While Alice does have a responsible(?) adult looking after her, Iris might make a point of checking up on her every now and then. Just to make sure she's alright.
