Sousei and Ruby on Rei?

Sousei : Rei

So Sousei thinks very highly of Rei! She's very poised, very intelligent and very capable. She's able to deal with things very well, and she's a much more capable exorcist than he ever was. She's a very hard-working student, and basically she's everything that he likes in a student and friend.

When this thread wraps up a bit more he's definitely going to check in with her re: the ghosts because he's concerned; he knows that she's been through a lot and has even more on the horizon, probably. While he has full confidence that she'll be able to handle it, he also just really wants to be there to support her if she ever does need it.

Basically, she's his student and he takes that very seriously, so he'll always be doing his best to look out for her, even though he knows she's one of the most capable people he's met here.

Ruby : Rei

Ruby doesn't know Rei very well yet, but she'd definitely like to get to know her better! She thinks that they could be pretty good friends (when...not fighting monsters or robots), and she's excited to get to know Rei later when they actually have time to chat. Rei seems like the sort of person who is sensible but still fun-loving, so Ruby thinks that they'll get along super well.

Also, Rei has a red color scheme which obviously means that she has the best taste in colors clearly, so how could they not get along?
