Okay no in more seriousness, I would've loved to give you a colored iconset but Mutsu was nowhere to be found in the TR anthologies I came across. Why! And then you bought yourself a premium account before I could. Also why!! So instead, have this cleaned up version of a panel of his 4koma, an icon, and the full colored non-seasonal panel aaaand some points. Also throwing it out there that if you ever come across characters that you'd want a colored iconset of, HIT ME UP and I'll be more than happy to whip up a batch for you. ♥
