Absolutely!

They can hang out outside the game and have all the cozy little chats over tea. She's not great with children (at least, she thinks she isn't due to a lack of experience with them), but she thinks Takeru is absolutely precious. Tears and all.

Don't worry, Takeru will make sure that Iris is happy and all! The last thing he wants is to make her sad again!

That and he needs all the tea parties in the world.

Because, I, of all people, would TOTALLY mind a 02 Takeru journal appearing.

Honestly, once the field of tears influence wears off, just the fact alone that he WANTS to make her happy would be enough to bring a smile to her face.

(Also Iris may or may not come across Leia in the near future, so there's that.)

She will host all the tea parties his tiny bladder can handle. And maybe teach him and Patamon a little about meditation.
