legit i ha to write up a memory for the memory event thing we had here a while back and like. clutches chest. Oona's first words in english were "hurts, please" because she thought maybe they just didn't know and they'd feel bad and send her home (and they were planning on trying to kidnap a merman for her thinking she was lonely and hey bonus possible breeding observations and she was like hell no)... and instead they were like Wow her fangs fuck up her speech a little, let's file them flat and rip out the longer canines so she can speak better A+ us"
