Job: Blackquill worked with the police force for Integra, but the whole getting captured and tortured thing has soured his opinion of CERES law enforcement, so he's currently in the process of looking for something else.
Personality: Some asshole prosecutor who, despite being from California, talks like the Victorian era just spat him out and who has delusions of being a samurai. After "confessing" to murder, and doing time on death row for seven years, he's nothing if not dark, cynical, and intimidating. He's versed in the art of psychological manipulation, and can use his power of suggestion to sway others to whatever he wants them to say or believe... or he'll just outright issue death threats to get what he wants. For all his bad traits, though, he'll follow his samurai code of honour to the death, and will do anything to protect those he sees as his duty to serve.

He also really likes birds, and his best friend is his hawk, Taka. Don't insult birds.
Current Activities: As of this network post, Blackquill is babysitting his sister's robot child, so there's that! Besides that, he's quit his old job, so I've been tossing around ideas of anything non-law enforcement that might grab his interest. :|a
Seeking: I'd like to build on his CR in general, but Blackquill will take a special interest in anyone like himself who is against CERES and who has been actively trying to find out the truth about them.
