FRIENDSHIIIP yes. kanda is not inclined toward friendship, but he is, at least, inclined toward sparring (?!?!). would you mind handwaving some other sparring sessions between them? if not that's cool too, and we can just start with another gym meeting?

I am totally fine with handwaving a few sparring sessions! Want to say they've both lost a couple times to each other already, since they were pretty evenly matched for hand-to-hand last time?

not any hobbies in particular, but he would seek out quiet areas to meditate and do kata in! especially since the gym was damaged at some point, he found another place to work out in.

he also works at the flower shop, so if she ever needed flowers maybe she'd see him there?

Meditation might be an interesting place to go! If they run into each other while they're meditating, they could probably talk about spirits, spirituality, and some of the stuff that's been going on in cerealia?

that works! kanda isn't very forthcoming on anything, but through some conversation he might talk about it a little. i'd also like to somehow get to kanda revealing that he hallucinates a lot at some point, because he needs help tbh. he'd also be interested with korra's bending abilities if she'd talk about them!

Oh man... yeah, she'd be concerned about him if she heard about the hallucinations. We can find a way to work up to it!
