Job: he's a bartender and also does heavy lifting/manual labor at thistle do nicely.
Personality: kanda is a big jerk. he doesn't have a soft side. he's very abrasive, aggressive, and in some deep, partially-hidden way, super damaged. BUT he's mostly just a meanie butt.
Current Activities: he wants to get involved in the rebellion effort. he's hard at work, too, so any flower shop activities can be known to him!
Seeking: honestly i just want people who won't take his shit and tell him off for being rude. i'd also like CR with friendly characters who want to get past his prickly exterior and to his... also-prickly interior. tl;dr, FRIENDSHIP.

But yes, since apparently something saw fit to just forget my joke about Kanda getting more cheerful toppy girls in pigtails in his life, she is a cheerful toppy girl in pigtails who is used to grumpy shut-in's trying to murder her or whatever for making them go outside and talk to people. If you are abrasive with her she will troll you a lot but it will not stop her trying to make friends. Or forcing you into friendship. Everyone must have friends.

Also, she has some horrifying science murder trauma that resulted in immortality and also the murder of her love interest, hahaha wanna never bond over that ever

honestly kanda is grumpy at everything, if that'll spur her into trying to create friendship at some point. he works at the flower shop too, and a bar..! whichever is more likely, or would he bump into her anywhere?

unfortunately kanda is the worst bartender ever (he doesn't know how to mix anything. ANYTHING) but they can still hang out!! maybe mizuki can teach him a thing or two about bartending?

kanda is a tragedy in three parts tbh. AT THE VERY LEAST, he's physically deft enough to handle the bottles, he just doesn't... know drinks. or drink. so like if mizuki would enter a bar he could see kanda refusing to make anything but like, whisky on the rocks like a stick in the mud.

he (usually) doesn't beat people up unless he thinks they deserve it.... but he can apparently take his vodka well enough to drink with russian mobsters?? he could probably repeatedly drink kanda's customers under the table and mooch off other people's tabs/generally be a public nuisance because that's A Thing he does when bored
