Timezone/Availability: Central Standard, I'm usually around from 4-9 PM, with a thirty minute break around 12:30-1:30 PM.

Job: Rinne is a caretaker for one of the shrines. Otherwise, you can see him flipping signs in front of some store. Please bother him, but don't expect him to take too much time out of his work.
Personality: Rinne's a nice and calm guy, looking to save up his money and save lives. He's a shinigami-kind-of-thing, and wants to make sure everybody's souls are safe and no evil spirit dwells. Has a complex about people wasting money and likes free things.
Current Activities: He's learning more about Cerealia! He's getting settled in, and working hard to restore the city. He's also evading spending too much money on food.
Seeking: Friends! Allies! Also rivals who can assist him in any misunderstandings, since he starts those a lot. Rinne's nonplussed about a lot of these things, honestly. Also, someone who can make him feel horribly inadequate regarding his social standing.
