Job: Street food cart vendor. His cart is aptly named 'Ketwreckery Edibles', so feel free to have your character make fun of that. Super easy to con him into giving you cheap/free food too...
Personality: Ket looks like a perfectly normal eighteen year old until he talks. There's a reason his game title is 'Private Oblivious', and it has little to do with his army status and everything to do with the fact that he has no damn memories. Zero tact? Check. Mouth that works faster than brain? Check. Insulting people without knowing it (see: calling everyone 'sir', regardless of gender/age)? Check... THAT SAID, if you tell him to his face what's wrong, and why, he'll adjust ezpz. Most people he's met so far in Cereals just... haven't, which makes for some interesting CR. He is super duper eager to learn about other worlds and aliens and virtual realities and just everything buuuut unfortunately for him his complete lack of cynicism makes him Gullible McGee. And he wonders why he's a troll magnet. Oh, and if your character uses their powers (especially teleportation/telekinesis) openly/proudly, he'll think they're the coolest stuff ever and gush/fanboy over them for eternity because showing powers back home is just Not A Thing (thanks uncle).
Current Activities: He's rooming with Minato and Rinne! Just exploring and selling food and helping with the reconstruction for now. I have a post planned for him for the end of this week, watch this space.

Luckily Minato is the easiest customer to please unless Kaz spills his food and probably not even that will faze him after his meal at McCeres blows up, Zura why.

They probably would, yeah. Minato and Kaz are a lot closer in temperament than either of them with Hiro...

Also, here's his intro and him doing karaoke! Phase IV might be the best for dramatic irony, I didn't even know dead raid victims were dumped in the park until after the intro, haha.
