I have to say, I'm enjoying what Rin and Tadashi have so far and I'm looking forward to them becoming friends!

Also, I totally forgot about this until now, but would be it be cool to handwave that Tadashi DID make Rin some gloves that send off fire? It's powered by gasoline, though, so Rin would have to be super careful and he'd have to refill the oil every now and then.

That's definitely quite the coincidence! I actually had a run-in with it while playing Minato in Haven before this and while he'd be tougher to be affected in Cerealia there is the chance that it'll happen again and Minato will definitely be more receptive to a friend.

Job: He works at a cafe, although he's not very diligent or enthusiastic about it. I'm open to many things regarding work CR, especially unsatisfied customers, haha...
Personality: Kazuya is a very blunt, 'grumpy' teenager who says what's on his mind without giving it much thought. It does mean that he comes off as abrasive sometimes, and he is quick to pick fights or criticise someone, but he genuinely means no harm with his actions. If his over the top reactions end up hurting someone by accident, though, he immediately panics and apologises repeatedly. Really, he's just a lonely teenager who's really bad at making friends.
Current Activities: Currently he's in a bad mood thanks to Hiro Kageyama, but he's picked up a few new friends and broken into an angel's apartment to distract himself from it. He's also created a monstrosity of a nickname for Hyoubu that's slowly being used by more and more people, so that's amused him. Otherwise... I don't really have plans for him. I always just go with the flow and sees what happens.
Seeking: I am seriously up for any and all CR. Negative CR is especially fun for me, and so easily to do with Kaz's personality, but, hm, maybe some more positive CR would be good? Friends for our socially inept demon?

I would love to do something with that! Also because blue-haired SMT protagonists ought to stick together.
