Let's nerds.

Tadashi : Ruby

RUBY LIKES TADASHI she finds him to be a very fun person to be around and really trustworthy! It helps that he's also incredibly smart, so she loves to see what he comes up with and loves to work with him. She'd really like to work with him on something big someday. (She just hasn't decided yet what she wants that to be.) BUT NONETHELESS she really respects his abilities and thinks very highly of him as a person!

She wants to get to know him better, in part because he really does give her big brother vibes, and in part because he actually is Hiro's big brother. She likes Hiro and wants to get to know him better, and she wants to get to know both brothers as a family unit as well (because family units are important!!!).

That all said, as much as she respects his desires to want to be able to fight for himself and defend himself by himself, Ruby worries about him. It's tough to fight when you're not used to it, so she wants to make sure that he's okay; that's why she's so thorough about pestering him about his well-being during dangerous times.

Overall though, she likes him a lot and definitely wants to get to know him better!
