Roxas! Most of Terra's feelings toward him so far are very obviously based on his strong resemblance to Ven (and who knows, maybe Terra can sense his heart is inside Roxas without realising it). On the other hand, the more he gets to know him, the more he realises Roxas is very different from Ven in personality, so he's... mentally starting to think of him like Ven's long lost twin brother or something. As such, he wants to look out for him in the same way as Ven, but he doesn't want to think of them as the same person.

Admittedly he was a little suspicious of him at first, wondering if Vanitas (Terra never saw his face) and Xehanort were somehow involved, but Roxas has convinced him that he's not a bad person. He just seems lost, and needs help to find out who he is.

SO GOOD JOB ROXAS you have one (1) overprotective big brother figure who will aggressively take care of you!! Even if you insist you don't need it!!! Maybe he will even kill people to save you!!!! (but let's hope not jfc calm down terra)
