Myriam... aaaaah, honestly, she's so difficult to deal with that Athena wants to put her on a leash. It's cool that they hang out every now and then, but Myriam's personality just clashes with Athena's that she can't just easily agree with everything that Myriam does.

She isn't the least bit guilty of lying to Myriam over the whole Archer deal. Since Myriam is Juniper's friend, Athena feels partially responsible for what happens to her! So Athena has to take care of her and protect her for anything. Though lately, she's been doing a bad job of that because she's just been busy with other ordeals.

This isn't to say that Athena doesn't like her. The start of their relationship wasn't exactly the best one, and the fact that Athena considers Myriam a cinnamon roll that she must protect is definitely a good sign that she wants to be friends with her and that she's more than willing to rewrite what bad impressions they had with each other.
