They finally met!

ahhhh! yes! they've met long enough for Tieria to leave a good impression on him! England doesn't know him very well, and he doesn't realize that Tieria is that same hacker from a while back. what he did see was a (pretty) man who did not buckle under pressure. even though his residence was destroyed, he was out there, in the midst of the chaos, looking out for other people and helping them. England likes that very much! he even went to stay in the gym thanks to Tieria's suggestion.

...it wasn't his fault the gym was washed away later.

anyway, if he met up with Tieria again, he's one of the first people England would trust during a disaster. and England doesn't trust people so easily!
