Rei is one of those people he ends up seeing whenever there's problem around the corner, consistently and he's honestly a little perplexed by it. He's also a little ??? about the whole Rei/Sailor Mars issue even though he's willing to overlook it because special powers and what's not. He's curious about Rei, how she's like when she doesn't have to constantly look over her shoulder for enemies, the regular day Rei. So far, despite the circumstances, he has a good impression of her. She seem independent and dependable in critical situation, but also somewhat distant (which is understandable). He wonders what kind of life she led back home to be so used to violence at such a young age...
In short, she's someone he'll trust on a battlefield and would probably be among the few who he wouldn't mind showing her his Gundam to in ViViD (partly because she already shown him Sailor Mars). But on a personal level, he'll reserve judgement until he gets to know her better.

His first impression of her is bad due to 1) they met when his nerves is still frizzled from just arriving 2) her view about human-robot relationship kinda offended him BUT he did reflected on it and thought he was too harsh on her (since she doesn't know any better) and tried to make it up to her. Their first ViViD run however, improved his impression of her by miles! But he still doesn't trust her (he has trust issue in general though, so it's not really her, just him) and thinks she need to broaden her world view. She perplexed him a lot but most of the time, it's about random general things, so he tends to just overlook the situation and not take her careless remarks to heart.
After the capture/torture, he's going to look after her more because he feels guilty that as young and inexperienced she is, they had roped her into something terrible. But please don't ask him what's his favourite anything because really, he doesn't have any... Really.

Vietnam, he doesn't know her well enough on a personal level but he doesn't mind being around her because she doesn't try to invade his personal space or try to bother him with trivial matter. He was also really amused with her "quest" to that Macho Cafe a while back since she doesn't seem like the sort of person who would enjoy such a scene. He's also really thankful of her encouragement when he just started out acting and held her expectation to a small degree of importance.
With the interrogation, he saw a different side of her and was a little impressed by her calmness throughout the whole episode. He'll keep a lookout for her after their collective capture/torture because by now, he considers those involved a part of his team here in Cerelia. He definitely wants to get to know her better and thinks Athena could learn from her... (she's too reckless...).

ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE A LAWYER? Because he swears lawyers aren't supposed to conduct interrogation like that. Although Tieria doesn't know him on a personal level, because Hak trusted him, he'll treat him with the same respect until proven otherwise. His conversation with Simon when he was using Hermes handle also helps because Simon did proved to be logical and of sound mind. He did wonder what Simon did to land himself on a death row though, and would probably ask him once they're better acquainted.
After their capture/torture, Tieria will try to be more caring for the team, in his own way. Simon is of course included in it.

His first impression of William was more or less stuck-up-reincarnated-god-whatever and he has zero interest in trying to get to know him at all. It's all thanks to Cecil that his interest was piqued, because Uriel wouldn't stop going on and on and on and on, you get the drift, about his "master". He actually wondered if Cecil wore rainbow sunglasses or if William deserved a reevaluation...
When they finally met, he didn't go out of his way to talk to him but rather found the presented chance amusing to attempt. He didn't regret it though, and his opinion of William changes for the better though he would wait for another Hermes interaction with him to decide if he likes him or not. For now though, he seem like an alright person, at least Cecil's effort aren't entirely wasted.
I'm just waiting for the day William finds out about Hermes. 8D

Honestly, talking to Hermes again could go bad or... not bad. Though the reveal will be hilarious, especially if he talks to Tieria some more and keeps on with his good impression of him.

Edgeworth is one of the few people Tieria took an active interest in befriending because he was trying to fit in and learn to be more social. His first impression of the prosecutor is a good one, the man seem sensible and logical, both traits he appreciates immensely. After spoken to him several times, albeit short conversations, he develops some form of respect for him and thinks that the world could use more people like him.
Although they haven't gotten to know each other more, yet, Tieria is interested in forming some form of friendship or alliance with him. Someone he could speak to, bounce thoughts with without worrying about offending some delicate sensibility that many younger ones possess.
