Ruby is immediately little sister material! Tadashi sees a lot of Hiro in her, in that they're both geniuses at such a young age. Hiro's personality is vastly different from Ruby, though, despite both of them being awkward at the whole friendship thing.

He looks forward to working with her some more and getting to know her better. He's sure there's a lot he can teach her, and a lot her can learn from her at the same time.

Outside the work front, there's not much to say since they haven't done much bonding aside from that time Tadashi asked her opinion on video games. But as mentioned, she's definitely little sister material so he'll watch over her as much as he can and try to protect her from what's corrupt out there. uwu*
